COVID 19: Guidelines for seasonal workers in the European Union in the context of the pandemic
Communication from the Commission on guidelines for seasonal workers in the European Union in the context of the VIDOC pandemic-19.
The Commission invites Member States to strengthen cooperation between administrations on the following issues: the right of seasonal workers to work in an EU Member State, the application of equal treatment and free movement, the conditions of admission of seasonal workers who are third-country nationals, posted seasonal workers, occupational safety and health and social security aspects.
